Our entire crew worked so well together, so proud of all their efforts on this Project and the successful coordination of the work activities, the shifts, and everyone watching out for each other.

Bridge Demolition – Highway #1, Swift Current, SK (2021 – 2022)


Working over the railroad tracks on Highway #1, Swift Current, SK area, we demolished the westbound bridge in 2021 and then on hold until Graham Construction completed the new westbound bridge to be built.
Returned to demolish the eastbound bridge in 2022. Project completed ahead of schedule.

BHP – Galloway Demolition

Our crew completed the Galloway Demolition for BHP at the Jansen Minesite May/June 2022. Great to have been on this Project.

University of Saskatchewan Poultry Science Building Demolished

Silverado Demolition personnel demolish the University of Saskatchewan Poultry Science Building September 2, 2021. Some items repurposed, materials were separated for recycling, including concrete & steel.

University of Saskatchewan – Seed Barn Demolition

Silverado personnel demolished the Seed Barn located at the University of Saskatchewan east side of Campus.

Old Saskatchewan Hospital Project, Gymnasium Demolition- North Battleford, SK

This Project had our crew operating many types of equipment, materials were recycled when possible with other materials sent to various approved disposal sites due to the hazardous materials to be managed as per environmental requirements.

99% of material diverted from landfill as we were able to recycle the materials from the demolition Project.

Smokestack / Chimney Old Saskatchewan Hospital, North Battleford, SK

April 2021 is when the crew commenced salvage and final demolition on the Smokestack/Chimney.
The Smokestack/Chimney on the Project was 170 feet in height. We removed the top decorative brick for salvage and was packaged and delivered to the Historical Society in North Battleford, SK. Another section of brick was removed for salvage to be maintained by the Historical Society of North Battleford.
Our company will donate a couple of truck loads of brick from the Old Saskatchewan Hospital to the Western Development Museum in North Battleford, SK for them to create something to commemorate that structure.
April 23, 2021 we utilized our high reach and demolished the remaining smokestack/chimney that morning.

Trans Canada Hwy #1 Bridge Demolition, Swift Current, SK


The crew and equipment working overhead the railroad tracks on Trans Canada Highway #1 near Swift Current, SK to conduct demolition of the bridge, north side of road which is the traffic travelling westbound.
February start and completed with demobilization early March 2021.
Good team work and working alongside others and no disruption to train movements.
